Adventure Essentials LLC works with supplier partners, including Dirt King, to fulfill orders. Products may ship directly from the supplier.

Shipping rates and destinations

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address. A destination is supported only when a shipping option is available at checkout.

Availability and lead times

Processing and fulfillment times vary by product and availability. Any stated lead time or delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If you need gear by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can check current availability.

Tracking and delivery questions

For tracking assistance, a missing shipment, or an item that arrives damaged, email support@adventureessentials.co with your order number. For damage concerns, retain the packaging and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help investigate.

Before ordering

Review your shipping address and product fitment carefully. If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us promptly. We will check whether a correction is still possible before shipment.
